Jim Block
As the owner and general manager of JBE Commercial Cleaning, Mr. Block is responsible for the daily operations of the Company. He started JBE Commercial Cleaning in 1991 when he realized there was a demand for a commercial cleaning company in the Small Minority Business sector. Since then, he has successfully grown JBE to be a leading competitor in commercial cleaning and building maintenance.

Prior to JBE Commercial Cleaning, Block managed and operated JB Enterprises, an industrial and janitorial distribution company. His experience also includes International sales, importing/exporting, commercial retail, medical administration, and small business development. With a sharp eye and his acute attention to detail, Mr. Block has developed a reputable cleaning company in the Greater Sacramento area, providing an unsurpassed level of quality to the construction, residential, and commercial industries.

Jim is a member of the Sacramento Metro Chamber and the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange.

Damon Block
Damon is a business developer for JBE Commercial Cleaning. His involvement ranges from field management to marketing consultant. He has a wide range of expertise in building essential business infrastructures for rapid growth and positive revenue. His keen sense of understanding corporate identity and trends has led to his success with JBE Commercial Cleaning.

Prior to working with JBE, Damon has spent the last 10 years in Southern California providing internet marketing, website development, and social networking for companies who are in need of web presence and growth. Before his involvement in the Internet, Damon specialized in restaurant franchising, operating several successful Fresh Mex restaurants in the Greater Sacramento area. While operating restaurants Damon also spent his years developing strategic partnerships with local organizations and charitable foundations.
